superb restaurant on-site parking spacious room warm service
The restaurant was superb!!! the food was AMAZING!!! staff provided great warm service and i really enjoyed the tasty dishes. i also appreciated the convenient on-site parking. additionally, the room was very spacious and quiet. It gave me a great rest.

I found parking right outside the front door. the breakfast was one of the best i have had . It was cooked fresh to order. the staff was polite and helpful.
i had some trouble sleeping due to noise throughout the night , especially from 3am onwards.

excellent dinner hotel car park dirty cobwebs dead flies
the dinner on saturday was excellent. it was for my husband's birthday. breakfast had lots of choice and i appreciated the car park at the hotel.
the room was not the cleanest. there were cobwebs with dead flies on the window. i did not like that.

early check-in luggage service convenient location
The staff helped me check in early. They also kept my luggage in my room. This service occurred without me asking. The location is two minutes from the bus stop. This bus takes you to the lakes.
The car park has very tight parking spots.

tight parking distracting subtitles
The parking area was a JOKE. Seriously , the spaces are so tight I thought I might need to hire a contortionist just to get out of my car. Also , the TV subtitles kept popping up , which was endlessly distracting and ultimately made it impossible to follow anything.

the staff provided amazing service and hospitality. they checked me in earlier and kept my luggage in my room (it was really helpful).
